Y2 Fitness trainers take your fitness goals seriously. We understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. We analyze your body type, BMI, and metabolism, to create your individualized fitness plan.
With years of success and experience, we are capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for our patients. We will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
Lon has been in fitness since his high-school days. He was a champion high-school wrestler but preferred weight building and fitness. Today he brings his Y2 method for all to benefit.
Monelle runs our light weights and body movement classes. She believes a low-carb diet with high-intensity workouts is the best step forward for weight loss and health.
Dr. Marc Hafkin combines fitness and fighting. Under normal circumstances, he runs individual classes, and is doing online groups. These classes are for high stamina training.
Who needs muscle? Dirk is a high-level trainer with too many body-building accolades to mention. Dirk is hardcore, free weights, and intensity.
Axel has been teaching Yoga and Brutamon Stretching for over ten years. He is a certified Xgregorio Trainer from Brazil.
Agi teaches our Gray Classes, less impact but focused on health and wellness. She is a certified G2L teacher and a licensed nutritionist.

Andrew has been teaching biking for five years and runs the high-impact classes.
Hector runs the heavy dumbbells impact studio. This class is for free weight trainers.
Nuri trained in India with The Savattra School, and if you want it hot, Nuri is the one.
Dito is a world champion urban biker. He has taken his trek on every continent. Get heated with Dito.
Wanda has won more state champions in her class than the previous runners. Get loaded with carbs, and fight the wind with Wanda.
